Holidaying Hollywood hunks Chris Hemsworth and Matt Damon have resurfaced in Carnarvon today after a week offline at Quobba Station’s Red Bluff surf break.

The stars took a few minutes to welcome a small crowd which had caught wind of their departure from Carnarvon Airport today, posing for selfies and having a brief chat before being whisked away to their jet.

Carnarvon resident Connie Fletcher said the town was “absolutely buzzing” at the presence of the two A-listers.

“It is great for the town, just unbelievable two Hollywood stars have been in our little terminal,” she said.

“They called in there on the way out to Red Bluff last week, did all their food shopping at IGA, called in the tackleshop for tackle. They have really supported the town which is brilliant.

“I have been here all my life and we have never had A-listers here.”

Ms Fletcher said she hoped the visit would help put Carnarvon on the tourism map.

There had been speculation over the past week the pair would swim with whale sharks on the Ningaloo Coast, and attend the Leeuwin Concert in Margaret River.
