Is The Ritz-Carlton, Perth’s new collaboration with culinary creative Fervor WA’s most expensive travel tour?
Known for its glitzy rooms and stunning views of the Swan River, The Ritz-Carlton hopes to shake up WA’s luxury tourism game with a unique travel adventure only the ‘one per cent’ can afford.
Transporting guests from Perth to WA’s remote wilderness, the hotel’s signature Hearth restaurant has begun its collaboration with culinary creative Fervor to create an immersive feast of plate and place.
Brian Cole, Chef de Cuisine at Hearth, invites travellers to explore the vast corners of WA while embracing the State’s rich cultures, landscapes and flavours.
“Our goal is to provide travellers with a luxurious, immersive experience that highlights the incredible produce and cultural heritage of Western Australia,” Mr Cole said.
“Working with Fervor allows us to create a journey that not only excites the palate but also connects our guests to the land and its traditions.”
Head Chef Paul ‘Yoda’ Iskov of Fervor — who offers roving culinary experiences amid world-class backdrops — echoed the ambitions of his Hearth peer.
“Together, we aim to offer an experience that is both intimate and profound, celebrating the connection between food, culture, and nature,” he said.
While marketed as a bespoke experience, sample itineraries feature a two-night’s stay at the The Ritz Carlton, Perth, a two-night stay at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, a reef waterfall tour, a foraging experience, and more.
Catering to suit a range of clientele, the unique trips are well-suited to couples, families, food fanatics, and corporate groups.
Tour prices begin at $29,000 per couple inclusive of third-party operators.
