Police treating Dongara death as suspicious

Geraldton police say they are treating the death of a 59-year-old woman at Dongara on Sunday night as suspicious.

The woman was found dead inside her home when officers were called to the property about 11pm.

Acting Inspector Sharon Bird said a man who was helping the Homicide Squad and Geraldton detectives with their inquiries had not been charged.

The investigation is continuing.
