Rayleen Councillor, from the group Incite Conflict Management, will be running a culturally inclusive My Way program workshop with teenagers in the Murchison.

WA Centre for Rural Health provided the Des Thompson Murchison Health Leadership Grant, which is intended to improve the health and wellbeing of Murchison communities and support Murchison health leaders.

A WACRH spokeswoman said ICM would use the money to provide Murchison youths with tools and strategies to empower them to make a difference in their lives.

The program, aimed at high school students in the region, will focus on the early intervention of conflict management.
