Who better to have visit when you’re trying to relax present members — and recruit new ones — than an immediate past State president?

Even more so considering the person involved lives in your backyard.

Geraldton’s Heather Allen will take the main seat at the table when the 12-member strong Northampton Country Women’s Association holds its annual general meeting on Monday, February 10.

“Heather will give us a talk about the history of the CWA and also answer questions from our members,” Northampton CWA president Barbara Boult said.

“She recently finished as the State president and knows what’s going on. Her talk will be short, but it will be informative. We are trying to get more people in interested and involved.”
