Harvey-Benger’s Year 8 side secures grand final berth with 63-run win over Hay Park

Harvey-Benger’s Year 8 side is off to the grand final against Leschenault on Sunday after a comprehensive win over Hay Park in Harvey on Sunday.

Hay Park won the toss and elected to bowl, with Harvey-Benger batters Sam McDonald (27 not out), Jude Manton (23) and Quinn Underdown (35no) helping the home team to a total of 6-158.

In reply, Hay Park were dismissed for 95, with several bowlers contributing wickets.

Sam MacPherson was the standout with the ball, taking 2-14 from three overs.
