Kalgoorlie teenager injured in motorbike crash to be transferred to Perth hospital

Police are calling for information after a 15-year-old boy was found with serious injuries in Kalgoorlie on Saturday morning.

Emergency services were called to an incident at the corner of Kingsmill Street and Davis Street about 9.20am, after what’s believed to be a motorbike crash involving the teen.

The motorbike the boy had been riding when he suffered his injuries was removed from the scene before police arrived.

It is believed the bike, described as a green and white off-road motorbike, was taken from the scene in a blue sedan.

A St John WA spokeswoman confirmed the boy was taken to Kalgoorlie Health Campus about 10am, where he continues to be treated for serious injuries.
