The hotel’s crown jewel will be 277sqm Ritz-Carlton Suite, which boasts arguably the city’s best views of the Swan River from an outdoor balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth will also boast a rooftop bar, a restaurant serving locally produced food and wine and an infinity pool.
Australian Hotel Association research shows 3556 new rooms have opened in 32 hotels and serviced apartments across the Perth metropolitan area since 2014.
And the boom is only half complete, with an additional 2728 rooms at nine hotels due to open this year alone, and an extra 767 rooms at six new hotels next year.
